At the Reservoir level, excavation is needed in two spots to accommodate retail. Excavation is also needed to reroute the reservoir around the show47、case building. To achieve balance, the earthworks from these excavations and from building foundations are used as fill in the residential districts and select locations along the reservoir. The residential-district fill completes “horseshoe” ridges that orient toward the park. The reservoir-edge fi48、ll occupies gaps in the retail and parking promenade. These create ecologically friendly connections from the reservoir to higher ground.45CONCEPT DESIGNMARCH 18, 2013TIANAN CYBER PARK BISHAN MASTER PLANSOM建筑語言Architectural Language4重慶框架 CHONGQING FRAMING+重慶建材 CHONGQING MATERIALS當(dāng)代設(shè)計結(jié)合文化元素Modern Des49、ign with Cultural WisdomThe architectural language of the district will draw on historic and cultural influences from Chongqing but add a modern design sophistication.商業(yè)廊道結(jié)合波狀玻璃與大量灰色石材及木質(zhì)裝飾的質(zhì)樸格調(diào),沿水體延伸向前。Flowing along the water and growing from the earth, the retail corridor combines undulating glass50、 with heavy doses of grey stone and touches of wood trim.低層建筑沿地勢布局,大量使用石材與木質(zhì)材料,營造“質(zhì)樸感”。不規(guī)則地塊與合理分明的架構(gòu)相互協(xié)調(diào)。Laid out along topographic contours, the low rise houses are also of the earth. Stone and wood are both used abundantly. A pleasant negotiation emerges between the irregularity of the land and th51、e rational clarity of the frame. 水庫商業(yè)Reservoir Retail低層住宅 Low-rise Residential48CONCEPT DESIGNMARCH 18, 2013TIANAN CYBER PARK BISHAN MASTER PLANSOM采用金屬框架及更加自然的淺色調(diào)。與低層建筑相比,繼續(xù)采用木質(zhì)(或暖色調(diào))填充,但表達(dá)得更為細(xì)膩。Frames become metal, lighter in color, and more autonomous. Infill is still wood (or warm color), but exp52、ressed more delicately than in the low rises.辦公高層及總部建筑位于地塊主軸上,外墻采用玻璃加白色外露金屬框架設(shè)計。框架與外墻脫離式設(shè)計形成空靈觀感。建筑無需采用正方或外突造型。Perched gently on the backbone of the site, the office high rises and headquarters are glass with white exposed metal frames. Disengagement between frame and faade can create an airy optica53、l depth.
