1、 水泥攪拌樁試驗樁施工方案Pile Test Construction Plan of Cement Mixing Pile 一、原理 I. Principle and Theory 水泥攪拌樁是利用水泥作為固化劑的主劑,通過攪拌樁機將水泥噴入土體并充分攪拌,水泥與土發生一系列物理化學反應,使軟土硬結而提高路基強度。水泥攪拌樁是軟基處理常見的有效方法。Cement mixing pile, an effective way to soft treatment, which adopts cement as the main host of curing agent, insert cement2、 into soil body through mixing pile machine, to improve the strength and intension of sub grade in the source of soft soil hardening by a serious physical and chemical reaction. 二、試驗段里程 Sections of test 確定試驗段里程為DK12+773DK12+833。It was confirmed that the test section from DK12+773-DK12+833.三、工程概況 The3、 brief condition of project DK12+673DK12+833段軟土路基分布在丘間谷地中,該段地形平坦,表層主要為流塑-軟塑狀黏土,灰色、灰黑色,含有機質,土質不均,含少量細砂顆粒;下伏可塑硬塑狀砂黏土。采用水泥土攪拌樁復合地基加固,樁徑0.5m。DK12+673-DK12+833 located in valley between hills, soft sub grade, with plat and smooth land form, the top soil is gray and gray-black fluid plastic clay, containi4、ng organic materials and few fine sand dust, underlying waxy and hard plastic sand clay. Adopting cement mixing pile to harden foundation, dimension of pile is 0.5m. 四、設計參數 Designation parameter. 1、試驗樁位置:DK12+803DK12+833。 Location of test pile: DK12+803-DK12+833.2、樁長:根據設計圖紙確定為5m。Length of pile: 5m a5、s indicated in drawing.3、樁徑:500 mm;樁底穿透軟土至硬底層不小于1.0m。Dimension of pile: 500 mm;pile bottom through soft soil to hard bottom as least 1.0m.4、水泥摻入量:按室內配合比進行試樁,水泥用量在35kg/m、40kg/m、45kg/m、50kg/m、55kg/m中進行比選,進行室內配合比試驗,每種配合比現場施工試樁2根。 Insert quantity of cement: according to indoor ratio to test pile, the qu6、antity of cement comparison and selection from 35kg/m, 40kg/m, 45kg/m, 50kg/m, 55kg/m, to perform indoor mix ratio test, 2 piles need to be performed for every mix ratio. 5、無側限抗壓強度值:28d無側限抗壓強度值不小于1.2Mpa。 Non lateral confinement pressure resistance value: the non lateral confinement pressure resistan7、ce pressure (28d) should higher than 1.2 Mpa.6、攪拌樁復合地基承載力:符合設計要求。 Load of mixing pile composite foundation: as per the designation requirements.五、試樁目的 Target of pile test. 通過試驗樁研究樁體水泥土強度與齡期的關系,找出最佳的水泥用量、水泥漿的水灰比、攪拌次數、噴漿次數;確定泵送壓力、攪拌機提升速度、下鉆速度和復攪深度等技術和工藝參數。試樁結束后及時整理資料,形成試驗樁總結報告,報請業主工程師審批,以便指導水泥攪拌樁的施工。 8、To find out the optimal cement content, water cement ratio of cement past, mixing and guniting times, and confirm the pumping pressure, lifting speed of mixer, speed of drilling, depth of re-mixing, and other technical and technological parameters. Sorting data and materials timely after pile test f9、inished, write the pile test final report, and submit to engineer of client for approval, in order to guide the cement mix pile construction. 六、施工準備 Construction preparation 1、場地處理:清除施工場內的雜物、積水以及地表植物,平整場地。 Site clearance: Clear the sundries, pondings and top soil plant in side, site leveling. 2、樁位布置10、:用全站儀、測量尺及拉線定出每根樁的樁位,并做好標記。Pile layout: to confirm and mark pile location by total station instrument, survey tape and lining.3、對機具設備進行組裝和調試。 Assembling and debugging to equipment.4、電力采用發電機組。Generator set as the source of power. 七、人員、設備安排 Human resource and equipment arrangement 試驗樁段具體由項目三分部負責,項目三分部11、總工程師任試驗組組長,工程部長、試驗室主任任組員;組建1個施工班組,由6人組成,具體分工見下表:The pile test was responsible by third branch of project, the chief engineer appointed as the leader of the test group, project officer, test office leader appointed as the member of the group, establish one construction group, madding up 6 persons as 12、following, 操作人員分工 Operator division 序號SerialNo. 工種Position人數Numbers工作內容Job duties 1機長Commander1負責現場指揮協調 site coordination and commanding 2操作員Operator 1正確操縱攪拌機的下沉、提升、噴漿和停漿等,檢查和維修機械 Mixer sinking, lifting, guniting and stop pasting, checking, maintenance and repairing to equipment3司泵Pumping charge1負責灰13、漿制備和泵送,做好水泥漿設備的檢修保養Mortar preparation and pumping, checking maintenance and repairing to cement mortar and past equipment 4上料工Material load labor1將水泥送入罐內,保證施工連續Put cement into tank, keep construction performing continuously 5電工Electrician1保證電力機械設備正常安全使用Keep safety and regular work of electrical equi14、pment 6記錄員Recorder 1負責記錄數據,操縱電器控制儀表,使用聯絡信號,兼質量檢查工作Data recording, electrical control instruments operating, connection, and quality inspection八、試樁工藝要求 Pile test technological requirements攪拌樁施工工藝流程:施工準備樁機對位漿液制備鉆進至樁底設計深度噴漿、攪拌、提升鉆頭至設計樁頂標高(停止噴漿) 復攪至樁底深度噴漿、攪拌、提升鉆頭至設計樁頂標高(結束噴漿)檢查成樁記錄質量成樁結束。Mixing pile con15、struction technological process: Construction preparationPile pre-positioncement past preparation drilling into the designed depthguniting, mixing, drilling bit lifting to elevation of pile block (stop guniting) re-mixing to the depth of pile bottomguniting, mixing, drilling bit lifting to designed 16、elevation of pile block(stop guniting) checking the quality of pile finishpile finish。1、施工測量放樣。測量人員用全站儀放線,配合鋼尺、拉線丈量、定位。攪拌機定位對中。Construction survey and layout. Surveyor fix position by total statin instruments with steel tape, and lining. 2、制備水泥漿。采用普通硅酸鹽水泥,按水灰比0.450.55拌制水泥漿。Cement past preparation. M17、ix cement past on the water cement ratio of 0.45-0.55, using Portland cement.3、鉆進攪拌。鉆頭正向旋轉,實施鉆進作業,攪拌樁機下沉速度控制在1.62.0m/min。Drilling and mixing. Rotating the drilling bit directly, the drilling speed should be controlled during 1.6-2.0m/min.4、噴漿提升攪拌。鉆進噴漿至設計樁長后,為保證漿噴樁樁端質量,原地噴漿不小于30秒,再反轉勻速提升。噴漿攪拌提升速度擬定為018、.81.0m/min。攪拌頭自樁底反轉勻速攪拌提升直至地面,并噴漿。Gunited lifting and mixing. Drilling and mixing to the length of designed pile, in order to insure the quality of pile end, guniting on the spot at least 30 seconds, and then lifting reversely in an uniform speed. The guniting mixing speed proposed be 0.8-1.0m/min. 19、Mixing and lifting mix head to land in a uniform speed and reversely, and guniting.5、清洗,加入適量清水,清洗管路中的殘漿和攪拌頭上的軟土。 Cleaning and washing: wash and clean the remaining past inside the pipes and soft soil on the mix head. 6、鉆具提升地面后,鉆機移位對孔,按上述步驟進行下一根樁的施工。 After lifting the mixing equipment to land, move d20、rill and check position, to perform construction of next pile as above process.九、試樁的質量檢驗 Quality inspection of test pile1、試驗過程中記錄各試驗參數,填寫各參數配對表:即水泥用量、水灰比、攪拌次數、噴漿次數、泵漿壓力、攪拌下鉆速度、攪拌提升速度和復攪深度等。Record parameter in the course of test, fill parameter tables: cement content, water cement ratio, mix times, g21、uniting times, pumping pressure, mixing drilling speed, mixing lifting speed and remixing depth and so on.2、成樁28天后,采用輕便觸探試驗檢驗承載力,鉆芯取樣檢測無側限抗壓強度。 28 days later of the pile finished, to check and examine the load by light sounding, to test the no lateral confinement pressure resistance. 十、試樁總結報告 Final 22、report of pile test 撰寫試驗樁總結報告。通過試驗樁過程中收集的各種技術數據,進行統計比選,選擇既能滿足設計技術指標又經濟適用的施工參數作為攪拌樁施工的依據。Write pile test final report. Comparision and selection to the data in the course of pile test, choose the construction parameter which meet the design index and economical as the basis of mix pile construction.
