8、 the design, fabrication, testing, and delivery necessary to supply equipment defined in Section 2.0 of this agreement technical. 9、not release the Supplier from following normal industry requirements and good engineering practice.賣(mài)方遵守本技術(shù)協(xié)議的同時(shí)，還應(yīng)遵守工業(yè)常規(guī)要求，不得超離。1.5 All components, features, and design parameters specified herein are minimum requirements. If the Suppliers design dictates that these minimum requirements be exceeded

10、to meet agreement technical performance guarantees and to provide a safe, reliable operating unit, then the Supplier shall inform the Purchaser of any required changes or deviations.本技術(shù)協(xié)議中規(guī)定的各種部件、特性和設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)均為最低要求。若賣(mài)方的設(shè)計(jì)表明已超過(guò)了規(guī)定的性能保證值，使得設(shè)備更安全可靠了，則賣(mài)方應(yīng)將任何變更或偏離通知給買(mǎi)方。1.6 All equipment supplied is to be new,

11、 unused, and undamaged. Mist eliminator is made of not reclaim polypropylene.所供一切設(shè)備均應(yīng)為全新的、未曾使用過(guò)的完好產(chǎn)品。除霧器材質(zhì)為非回收聚丙烯（PP）粒子所構(gòu)成。1.7 If the performance of mist eliminator cannot satisfy various guaranteed performance indicators specified in the Attachment B, the seller shall be obliged to repair or replac

12、e the equipment or the component to achieve the requirements of performance guarantee.若除霧器性能不能同時(shí)達(dá)到“附件B”中各項(xiàng)性能保證值，則賣(mài)方應(yīng)免費(fèi)修理、更換設(shè)備或部件，以至達(dá)到性能保證值要求。1.8 The attachments and references to this agreement technical are an integral part of this agreement technical and are binding with respect to the services an

19、o the absorber wall其它焊接在塔壁上的部件3.0 DESIGN CRITERIA 設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3.1 General總則3.1.1 The mist elimination section of each absorber shall contain two separate flat mist eliminator (a first stage and a second stage).每臺(tái)吸收塔的除霧段包括兩級(jí)獨(dú)立的平板式除霧器（1級(jí)和2級(jí)）3.1.2 The mist eliminators shall be oriented such that the flue gas p

23、 as indicated on supplier furnished installation drawings.所有單個(gè)部件應(yīng)標(biāo)有賣(mài)方供應(yīng)設(shè)備圖紙上規(guī)定的零件編號(hào)或件號(hào)。3.1.7 Supplier shall submit to the Purchaser all engineering data which is required for the proper interface between Purchasers and Suppliers scope of supply. Purchaser will submit design and performance data and

24、drawings for equipment items supplied by the Purchaser to interface with the Supplier furnished materials.
