1、Kinma Q+青年社區Kinma Q+ Youth Community項目概述 南京Kimma Q+青年社區是銀城地產與騰訊合作打造的南京首個為青年人量身定制的智慧互聯社區。該青年公社由三棟公寓塔樓和一座商業群樓組成，社區的景觀環境不設門禁，開放的園區為我們重新想象中國的集合住宅景觀帶來了機會。 結合場地定位，大小景觀以“緣圈”作為景觀設計的策略：通過“圓圈”的空間語言創造聚集年輕人的“緣圈”，即因緣分聚集在場地的不同功能的“朋友圈”。在這座1.7公頃的青年社區中，我們結合建筑的業態布置了各種主題的“朋友圈”：運動圈、閱讀圈、分享圈、互動圈、開放圈、多功能圈和聚會圈。并通過一條多功能步道將這
