1、一、 概述General 90萬噸/年乙烯裝置地下管道污染雨水及生產污水管道（SD）部分主管線施工時，由于溝深較深，且靠近裝置區已經施工完畢的道路，故管溝開挖時無法進行放坡處理，為防止開挖時發生塌陷，將已經施工完畢的路基破壞掉，因此靠近路邊的溝槽邊坡在施工時需要進行特殊施工技術處理，經慎重考慮，采用打鋼板樁的方式來保護路基。需要進行技術處理的道路有2#路（MHS.PC-08MHS.PC- 11之間）、4#路、8#路（MHS.PC-49MHS.PC- 51之間）、10#路。During the main pipeline construction of pollution rain water
2、and production pollution pipe (SD) in UG pipe of 900 KTAY ethylene plant ,we will implement the special construction technical treatment to the trench bank preventing collapse and damage to the completed road base instead of sloping treatment which could not be executed as proposed before because of
3、 the trenchs depth and the completion of the road adjacent to the plant. With carefully consideration ,we take the method of driving steel plate pile to protect the road base and this method will be used upon NO.2 Road (between MHS.PC-08 & MHS.PC- 11),NO.4 Road ,NO.8 Road (between MHS.PC-49 & MHS.PC
4、-51) and NO.10 Road.二、鋼板樁施工 steel plate construction 2.1、開挖前，首先進行管溝開挖放線。Setting out before trench excavation. 2.2、管溝開挖應提前進行井點降水，確保施工階段溝槽無地下水。Well point dewatering before trench excavation to ensure there remains no UG water during the whole period of construction.2.3、溝槽最深挖掘深度為4.6米，因此采用拉森鋼板樁，規格為12米/根
5、。The max depth of the trench excavated is 4.6m and we use the LASEN steel plate pile which length is 12 meter。2.4、鋼板樁的位置距離管帶基礎600mm。鋼板樁位于道路一側，采用單側鋼板樁鋪設方法。溝槽另一側進行放坡，坡度不小于1：1。The distance between the steel and the pipeline foundation is 600mm. 6、 on the other side with the grade no less than 1:1.2.5、鋼板樁采用重錘錘擊或夯機錘擊的方式進行。鋼板樁頂部應高出地平面200mm。Drive the pile by means of punching with heavy punch or punning with punier and the top of the pile should be 200mm higher than the terrace.2.6、鋼板樁必須垂直，嚴禁鋼板樁向溝槽方向傾斜。The steel plate pile must be vertical and l
7、ean towards the trench is forbidden.2.7、相臨的兩塊鋼板樁必須相互正反緊密咬合。The steel plate piles adjacent to each other must tightening bite forward reverse.2.8、由于需要打鋼板樁的距離很長，因此為節約施工成本，采取分段打樁的方式進行。每段大約在50米，共需要鋼板樁220根，總重70噸。樁機立在需要開挖的溝槽上，沿著溝槽的方向邊打邊退，樁機下面鋪設鋼板，鋼板規格為40002000，=20mm，共計5塊。We drive the piles by means of sub

9、2000,=20mm under its body. 2.9、當一段鋼板樁打完后，立即進行土方開挖。將開挖出的泥土堆放到溝槽的另一側。無法進行堆放的泥土需要用運輸車運到甲方指定的渣土場（距離施工現場9公里）進行堆放。Excavate immediately after construction for one subsection is finished and pile the earth excavated out on the other side of the trench ,the remained earth which couldnt be piled should be tra
10、nsported to the slag lot(9 km away from the construction site) designated by the client for piling. 3.0、當管道安裝完畢試壓合格后，經共檢合格，馬上進行溝槽回填。回填土需要進行壓實，回填完畢后，方可將鋼板樁拔除。拔除鋼板樁同樣采用震動起重機，起重機站在道路上，同時需要對已經鋪設完畢的路面進行保護，在路面上鋪設=20mm的鋼板，鋼板規格為40002000，共計5塊。Backfill the trench after the pipe erection is finished and qualif

12、leted road.3.1、當此段溝槽施工完畢后，方可進行下段溝槽施工。溝槽的開挖斷面圖見詳圖1：Only after this section trench is completed could the next trench be constructed ,and the section of excavated trench see detail 1:四、質量控制：Quality Control41基坑開挖的日常質量監督工作由項目部工程部具體負責，設專職質量檢查員負責日常質量監督和檢驗工作。Quality department of project dept. is responsib
13、le for daily quality supervision for base trench excavation. Full time quality inspector shall be designated and responsible for daily quality supervision and inspection.42嚴格工序交接制度，未經檢查或經檢查上道工序不合格，嚴禁進行下道工序施工。Execute work procedure handover system strictly; forbid to execute next work procedure strictly if the work is not inspected or the work procedure is unqualified after inspection.五、安全控制：Safety Control51施工人員必須穿戴好防護用品。依據JHA對施工班組進行安全交底，強化安全意識。The worker should wear PPE correctly. Make safety clarification to workers according to JHA to enhance their safety consciousness.
