139、擇同一類型的塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿。如均為小車變幅式塔機(jī)，保證動(dòng)臂高度的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。盡可能選擇固定式，保證塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿間位置的相互確定。盡可能采用上回轉(zhuǎn)式塔機(jī)，確保駕駛?cè)藛T全面觀察周圍動(dòng)態(tài)。8.1.2 科學(xué)布置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)塔機(jī)或吊裝把桿安裝前，首先要繪制平面圖和立面圖，準(zhǔn)確合理定位。充分考慮混凝土機(jī)械、鋼筋加工機(jī)械等施工機(jī)械對(duì)塔機(jī)位置的影響，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置盡可能使每個(gè)塔機(jī)覆蓋整個(gè)工作面，不產(chǎn)生或少產(chǎn)生盲點(diǎn)，也要安裝方便，拆卸順利，附墻間距合埋。確保塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)與相鄰建筑物、構(gòu)筑物及其它設(shè)施的水平和垂直距離大于 2.Om;塔機(jī)與輸電線之間的距離符合安全要求，否則，采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧Ｏ噜徦C(jī)、吊

140、車、吊裝把桿的塔身和起重臂不能發(fā)生干擾，盡量保證塔機(jī)在風(fēng)力過(guò)大時(shí)能自由旋轉(zhuǎn)；相鄰塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿在水平和垂直兩個(gè)方向上都要保證不少于2.Om的距離；低塔吊臂頂端距離高塔塔身距離大于2.Om；吊物的水平和垂直安全間隙大于2.Om。各塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿的塔臂高度必須有高度差，且吊物回轉(zhuǎn)不得觸及相鄰塔機(jī)的塔臂和塔身，塔機(jī)高度必須在有限的自由高度和頂升高度中調(diào)整，力爭(zhēng)同步升高和下降，確保群塔、吊車、吊裝把桿相互間垂直距離的統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)。塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿安裝時(shí)，在垂直方向如果穿越結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件，應(yīng)避開主梁、基礎(chǔ)承臺(tái)及工程樁。8.2 塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿交叉作業(yè)的運(yùn)行控制8.2.1 明確規(guī)定交叉作業(yè)中的運(yùn)

141、行原則低塔讓高塔；后塔讓先塔；動(dòng)塔讓靜塔；輕車讓重車；客塔讓主塔。8.2.2 多塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿作業(yè)應(yīng)編號(hào)，以利指揮調(diào)度多塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿作業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)每臺(tái)塔機(jī)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一編號(hào)，確定每臺(tái)塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿的操作及信號(hào)指揮人員，并保持相對(duì)固定。塔機(jī)與信號(hào)指揮人員必須配備對(duì)講機(jī)，對(duì)講機(jī)經(jīng)統(tǒng)一確定頻率后進(jìn)行鎖頻，使用人員無(wú)權(quán)調(diào)改頻率，并且要專機(jī)專用，不得轉(zhuǎn)借。8.2.3 作業(yè)前的檢查作業(yè)前，塔機(jī)司機(jī)要對(duì)機(jī)械和電氣進(jìn)行檢查，試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；塔機(jī)臨時(shí)停止作業(yè)，必須將重物交叉作業(yè)安全施工方案 9 卸下，吊鉤升起；塔機(jī)作業(yè)完畢，要卸載，停放在可自由回轉(zhuǎn)的位置，同時(shí)，塔機(jī)各控制系統(tǒng)置于零位，拉閘斷電，鎖好駕駛室門窗。

142、交接班時(shí)，認(rèn)真做好交班記錄。8.2.4 作業(yè)中應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)指揮過(guò)程中，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行指揮人員與塔機(jī)司機(jī)的應(yīng)答制度，信號(hào)指揮人員必須時(shí)刻目視塔機(jī)吊鉤和被吊物，塔機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)臂過(guò)程中，信號(hào)指揮人員必須環(huán)顧塔機(jī)的工作狀態(tài)，并發(fā)出明確、簡(jiǎn)短、完整、清晰的指揮信號(hào)，防止發(fā)生指揮錯(cuò)誤。起重工在作業(yè)前、作業(yè)中、交接班時(shí)，必須對(duì)鋼絲繩進(jìn)行全面檢查與鑒定，不合格的鋼絲繩嚴(yán)禁使用。起重工必須掌握被吊物的重心，按規(guī)定對(duì)被吊物進(jìn)行綁扎。吊運(yùn)細(xì)長(zhǎng)構(gòu)件時(shí)，必須捆扎兩處，兩點(diǎn)吊運(yùn)，吊運(yùn)的物品要保持水平狀態(tài)。吊運(yùn)零散物品時(shí)，必須有足夠強(qiáng)度的底盤、兜網(wǎng)包裝，不得直接捆扎起吊。塔機(jī)作業(yè)中，出現(xiàn)異響、錯(cuò)位、主要鋼結(jié)構(gòu)變形或機(jī)械發(fā)生故障時(shí)，應(yīng)立即

143、停止吊運(yùn)，隱患不排除，禁止作業(yè)。夜間工作的塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿，除應(yīng)設(shè)置正對(duì)工作面的投光燈及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)照明外，還應(yīng)在塔頂和臂端部設(shè)防撞的紅色信號(hào)燈。一機(jī)工作，一機(jī)暫停時(shí)，非工作塔機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)至不干涉其它塔機(jī)處；如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間暫停工作，吊鉤應(yīng)起到最高處，變幅小車?yán)帘奂芨浚蟊郯错橈L(fēng)向停置。風(fēng)力達(dá)到6 級(jí)以上或雷雨、雪、霧等惡劣天氣，嚴(yán)禁塔機(jī)作業(yè)。4 級(jí)風(fēng)以上不得從事塔機(jī)升降和附著錨固作業(yè)。8.3 多塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿交叉作業(yè)的組織管理8.3.1 加強(qiáng)多塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿作業(yè)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)組織管理為了使各塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿合理使用，安全作業(yè)，充分發(fā)揮塔機(jī)、吊車、吊裝把桿的最大效能，滿足施工需要。施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)成立“塔
