3、地點位于嘉定區(qū)徐行鎮(zhèn)唐家浜,本工程僅包括唐家浜(新涇河-規(guī)劃啟寧路)河段,整治總長度約 1123.40m。其建設(shè)內(nèi)容主要包括沿線河道疏浚、岸坡整治 唐家浜規(guī)劃河道斷面為:堤頂高程 4.5m,河口寬 28.0m,邊坡 1:2.5,河底高程 0.0m,寬 8.0m。坐標(biāo)采用上海城建坐標(biāo)系,高程以上海吳淞零點為基準(zhǔn)。本工程為等工程,主要建筑物級別為 3 級,圍堰等次要建筑物等級為 5 級。按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)巖土工程勘察規(guī)范(GB50021-2001 2009 修訂版)及上海市工程建設(shè)規(guī)范巖土工程勘察規(guī)范(DGJ08-37-2012)有關(guān)條文規(guī)定,本工程擬建構(gòu)筑物等級為二級,建筑場地屬中等復(fù)雜場地,綜合確定本

7、關(guān)參數(shù);查明場地 20m 以淺是否存在飽和砂土或砂質(zhì)粉土,并判別其在抗震設(shè)防烈度 7 度條件下震動液化的可能性。4、查明暗浜等不良地質(zhì)條件。5、為本工程河道疏浚、水系連通(開壩或建涵)、岸坡整治提出建議 1.4 勘察工作方法與完成的工作量勘察工作方法與完成的工作量 1.4.1 勘察工作方法勘察工作方法(1)鉆探取土:本次鉆探設(shè)備采用 SH-30 型鉆機,采用自由回轉(zhuǎn)鉆進方法,控制回次進尺。取土采用自由活塞敞口取土器,取原狀土試樣質(zhì)量等級級。(2)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)貫入試驗:采用自由落錘,錘重 63.5kg,落距 76cm,預(yù)擊 15cm,然后記錄每 10cm 和累計 30cm 的錘擊數(shù),并對粉性土、砂土采集
8、擾動樣。(3)靜力觸探試驗:采用 MJ-型靜探儀進行貫入,地錨作反力,LMC-C21型靜探微機自動記錄試驗數(shù)據(jù)。勘察施工前對工作探頭進行率定。(4)室內(nèi)土工試驗:布置常規(guī)及特殊物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)試驗,按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)土工試驗方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB/T501231999)進行。1.4.2 勘察工作勘察工作量布置原則量布置原則 本次勘察工作量依據(jù)規(guī)范布置勘探孔,其中鉆探孔與靜探孔數(shù)量按照約1:1 布置。河道孔深度按照 20m 考慮;順河道方向間距約為 100m;選擇有代表性的地段布置斷面。1.4.3 完成工作量完成工作量 本次勘察野外工作于 2012 年 12 月 8 日開始,至 2012 年 12 月 9 日結(jié)束;

10、2(嘉定區(qū)徐行鎮(zhèn)唐家浜生態(tài)河道工程)3 1.4.4 勘探孔的測量定位及高程引測依據(jù)勘探孔的測量定位及高程引測依據(jù) 鉆孔及靜探孔根據(jù)其坐標(biāo)采用 GPS 放樣并復(fù)測其高程,高程利用上海 VRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)校正(2011 吳淞高程系統(tǒng))。2、場地工程地質(zhì)條件、場地工程地質(zhì)條件 2.1 地形地貌地形地貌 本次勘察范圍內(nèi)河道沿線地勢總體較為平坦,勘察期間實測各勘探孔孔口標(biāo)高為+3.40+4.35m 之間,高差為 0.95m。勘察期間澄瀏公路以西廠區(qū)密布;規(guī)劃創(chuàng)西路以東至勘探孔 G9 處均為居民區(qū)。其余地段均為苗圃。河道沿線分出零星小叉河;沿線穿越的主要干道為澄瀏公路;沿線河岸均為自然邊坡。上海位于東海之濱、長江
11、入海口處,屬長江三角洲沖積平原,擬建場地地貌單元屬濱海平原地貌類型。2.2 場地地層構(gòu)成與特征場地地層構(gòu)成與特征 本次勘察查明,擬建場地在勘察深度(最大深度為 20.0m)范圍內(nèi)揭露的地基土均屬第四紀(jì)沉積物,主要由粘性土組成。根據(jù)地基土的成因、時代、結(jié)構(gòu)特征及物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)指標(biāo)等綜合分析,劃分為 5 個工程地質(zhì)層及分屬不同工程地質(zhì)層的亞層。各地層分布規(guī)律詳見下表 2.2:地層分布地層分布一覽表一覽表 表表 2.2 層號層號 土名土名 土層特征及土層特征及分布規(guī)律分布規(guī)律 工程特性工程特性 灰褐-灰黃色 素填土 以粘性土為主,含植物根莖,局部夾少量小石子,土質(zhì)松散不均。其平均厚度 0.9m 左右。
12、工程力學(xué)性質(zhì)差,但含雜質(zhì)較少處可考慮作為填方材料。褐黃-灰黃色 粉質(zhì)粘土 含氧化鐵斑點、夾鐵錳質(zhì)結(jié)核,稍有光澤,韌性中等,干強度中等,由上至下逐漸變軟,局部底部呈青灰色。層位穩(wěn)定,普遍分布。工程力學(xué)性質(zhì)尚可,可作為一般輕型建筑的天然地基持力層;基槽開挖時,該層土自穩(wěn)定性尚可。灰色淤泥質(zhì) 粘土 含云母及有機質(zhì)、夾薄層粉砂,有光澤,韌性高,干強度高。普遍分布,層位穩(wěn)定。工程力學(xué)性質(zhì)較差,為天然地基的軟弱下臥層。基槽開挖時,容易產(chǎn)生剪切破壞。灰色粉質(zhì)粘土 含腐殖質(zhì)及鈣質(zhì)結(jié)核、夾薄層粉性土,稍有光澤,韌性中等,干強度中等。本次未揭穿,C7 孔及其以西有分布,東側(cè)缺失孔及其以西有分布,東側(cè)缺失。工程力學(xué)

15、層工程特性之用,設(shè)計時應(yīng)根據(jù)實際基礎(chǔ)形狀、尺寸、埋深并考慮下臥層強度影響進行計算。4、表中地基承載力設(shè)計值 fd 與國標(biāo)建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范(GB50007-2011)中的承載力特征值 fak 在數(shù)值上相當(dāng)。各地基土層,其物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)指標(biāo)在刪除個別明顯不合理指標(biāo)后,按算K193-2012(嘉定區(qū)徐行鎮(zhèn)唐家浜生態(tài)河道工程)4 術(shù)平均的方法進行分層數(shù)理統(tǒng)計,統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為最大值、最小值、平均值、變異系數(shù)、均方差等,統(tǒng)計結(jié)果見土層物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)參數(shù)表。并說明如下:(1)表中給出的各項指標(biāo)為平均值、最大值、最小值及變異系數(shù)等統(tǒng)計參數(shù),設(shè)計時可根據(jù)安全使用情況結(jié)合統(tǒng)計參數(shù)酌情選用。(2)本報告將固結(jié)試驗各級荷

18、0.5m,低水位埋深選擇 1.5m。2.4.2 地下水水質(zhì)地下水水質(zhì) 根據(jù)實地調(diào)查,擬建場地附近未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯污染源。根據(jù)水質(zhì)分析報告,按照巖土工程勘察規(guī)范(GB50021-2001 2009 修訂版)及上海市工程建設(shè)規(guī)范巖土工程勘察規(guī)范(DGJ08-37-2012)有關(guān)規(guī)定綜合判定:按 III類環(huán)境類別考慮,本場區(qū)潛水和地基土對混凝土有微腐蝕性;當(dāng)長期浸水時,本場區(qū)潛水對混凝土中的鋼筋有微腐蝕性;當(dāng)干濕交替時,本場區(qū)潛水對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的鋼筋有微腐蝕性影響;本場區(qū)潛水對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)有弱腐蝕性影響。設(shè)計可參照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工業(yè)建筑防腐蝕設(shè)計規(guī)范(GB50046-2008)采取相應(yīng)措施。2.4.3 地地表水表水
19、場地內(nèi)地表水主要為唐家浜,同時河道沿線分出零星小叉河。勘察期間實測地表水最大水深一般在 1.31.5m 之間(詳見測繪報告),其水位變化受大氣降水、蒸發(fā)及排泄影響。地表水對建筑材料的腐蝕性評價可參照地下水。2.5 場地地震效應(yīng)場地地震效應(yīng) 2.5.1 場地抗震設(shè)計基本條件場地抗震設(shè)計基本條件 根據(jù)本次勘察地層資料,按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 建筑抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范(GB50011-2010)的有關(guān)條文判別:場地的抗震設(shè)防烈度為 7 度,設(shè)計基本地震加速度為 0.10g,所屬的設(shè)計地震分組為第一組。考慮到擬建場地緊鄰河道,故擬建場地屬抗震不利地段。K193-2012(嘉定區(qū)徐行鎮(zhèn)唐家浜生態(tài)河道工程)5 根據(jù)各土層的工
20、程地質(zhì)特性,按照上海市巖土工程勘察規(guī)范(DGJ08-37-2012)判定,其場地類別屬于 IV 類。2.5.2 場地地震液化判別場地地震液化判別 本次勘察在 20 米以淺未揭遇飽和的砂質(zhì)粉土或砂土,故在抗震設(shè)防烈度 7 度條件下,擬建場地為不液化場地。2.6 不良地質(zhì)條件不良地質(zhì)條件 本次勘察時,大孔未揭遇暗浜、暗塘等不良地質(zhì)條件。由于本工程線路較長,勘探孔之間有一定距離,相鄰勘探孔之間的盲由于本工程線路較長,勘探孔之間有一定距離,相鄰勘探孔之間的盲區(qū)可能有暗浜分布,區(qū)可能有暗浜分布,建議施工時加強驗槽工作建議施工時加強驗槽工作。3、地基土的分析與評價、地基土的分析與評價 3.1 場地穩(wěn)定性和
21、適宜性評價場地穩(wěn)定性和適宜性評價 根據(jù)擬建場地的工程地質(zhì)條件,土層分布較為穩(wěn)定,根據(jù)上海地區(qū)工程經(jīng)驗不存在軟弱土震陷作用,故本場地屬穩(wěn)定場地,適宜建造本工程建(構(gòu))筑物。3.2 河道整治工程河道整治工程 3.2.1 河道護岸河道護岸 河道護岸基礎(chǔ)范圍內(nèi)主要的土層有第層素填土、層粉質(zhì)粘土、層淤泥質(zhì)粘土。第層素填土厚度不一、層面稍有起伏,呈松散狀態(tài),施工時易產(chǎn)生塌落現(xiàn)象;第層粉質(zhì)粘土開挖時自穩(wěn)定性較好;第層淤泥質(zhì)粘土,抗剪強度低,容易產(chǎn)生剪切破壞。請設(shè)計部門根據(jù)擬建護岸的實際荷重、基礎(chǔ)型式等進行邊坡穩(wěn)定性驗算,同時設(shè)計應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆罌_護腳措施。護岸穩(wěn)定性驗算地基土參數(shù)有關(guān)參數(shù)見下表 3.2.1-1

25、及靜力觸探 Ps 值,參照上海市工程建設(shè)規(guī)范巖土工程勘察規(guī)范(DGJ08-37-2012)中樁基參數(shù),綜合確定各地基土層的樁側(cè)極限摩阻力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值fs 值與樁端土極限端阻力 fp 值。3.2.2 河道河道疏浚疏浚 根據(jù)我單位出具的測繪報告可知,各河道河底標(biāo)高線以上土層一般為K193-2012(嘉定區(qū)徐行鎮(zhèn)唐家浜生態(tài)河道工程)6 層素填土、層粉質(zhì)粘土、層淤泥質(zhì)粘土及河底淤泥。河水線以上土層一般為層素填土及層粉質(zhì)粘土。河底標(biāo)高及水面標(biāo)高情況詳見我單位出具的測繪報告。位于河水位以上的土層可采用人工開挖,也可采用機械開挖;位于河水位以下,可采用水力沖挖,也可采用機械疏浚。3.2.3 河岸河岸開挖開挖 河岸
26、開挖范圍內(nèi)主要土層一般有層素填土、層粉質(zhì)粘土、層淤泥質(zhì)粘土。第層素填土厚度不一、層面稍有起伏,呈松散狀態(tài),開挖工時易產(chǎn)生塌落現(xiàn)象;第層粉質(zhì)粘土開挖時自穩(wěn)定性較好;第層淤泥質(zhì)粘土,抗剪強度低,開挖時容易產(chǎn)生剪切破壞。當(dāng)河道開挖不深時,可采用排水放坡開挖,當(dāng)開挖較深時,應(yīng)采取必要的支護措施,支護設(shè)計參數(shù)可參考上表3.2.1-1“護岸穩(wěn)定性驗算地基土參數(shù)表”選取。河岸開挖時應(yīng)注意下列事項:(1)由于開挖河岸有一定長度,開挖時應(yīng)分段施工。(2)河岸開挖所涉及的第層土夾粉性土,加之本場地地下水埋藏較淺,為防止邊坡開挖過程中局部產(chǎn)生流砂、管涌等不良工程事故,同時為方便基礎(chǔ)施工,建議在河道施工前分段設(shè)置攔河
27、圍堰,并在場地內(nèi)布置臨時排水系統(tǒng),采用水泵抽取邊坡滲漏水及坑內(nèi)積水。(3)河岸開挖施工應(yīng)盡量避免雨季施工,合理確定挖土流程,確保分層開挖,基坑邊不宜堆載,對開挖過程中的滲漏予以足夠的重視。(4)為確保施工安全,需加強對河岸及周邊環(huán)境的監(jiān)測工作,做到信息化施工。3.2.4 填筑土方材料的評價填筑土方材料的評價 當(dāng)?shù)潭涡柽M行加高加固處理時;可結(jié)合現(xiàn)場情況,考慮就地選擇適當(dāng)?shù)奶钪牧稀.?dāng)選擇素填土作為填筑材料時,不得用含有機質(zhì)土、腐殖土、垃圾或淤泥等雜質(zhì)的填土進行填筑,填土不得混有雜草、樹根等雜質(zhì),較大尺寸的雜物應(yīng)進行碎化處理。由于民居及廠房等建筑密集區(qū)附近填土含雜質(zhì)較多,建議取土點避開上述地段。根

30、的處理(如強夯)后可作為擬建防汛道路的基礎(chǔ)持力層。若道路范圍內(nèi)涉及明(暗)浜,一般可采用清淤、換土回填等方法進行地基處理。K193-2012(嘉定區(qū)徐行鎮(zhèn)唐家浜生態(tài)河道工程)7 3.2.6 工程施工對周邊環(huán)境的影響工程施工對周邊環(huán)境的影響 擬建河道沿線多為民宅、廠區(qū)等,河道整治施工期間產(chǎn)生的噪聲、廢水等會對工程所在地的環(huán)境質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生不可避免的短期污染影響,因此會影響到周邊居民及單位的生活、生產(chǎn)與工作。在河道疏浚過程中嚴(yán)格控制疏浚現(xiàn)場、運泥路線、拋泥區(qū)三個環(huán)節(jié),以減少施工對周邊環(huán)境的影響,同時加強對周邊建筑物的監(jiān)測,確保安全。4、結(jié)論與建議、結(jié)論與建議 4.1、根據(jù)擬建場地的工程地質(zhì)條件,本場地屬
31、穩(wěn)定場地,適宜建造各類建(構(gòu))筑物。4.2、(1)據(jù)本次勘察資料及相關(guān)條文規(guī)范判別:場地的抗震設(shè)防烈度為 7 度,設(shè)計基本地震加速度為 0.10g。(2)所屬的設(shè)計地震分組為第一組;擬建場地屬抗震不利地段,其場地類別屬于 IV 類。(3)在抗震設(shè)防烈度 7 度條件下,擬建場地為不液化場地。4.3、(1)擬建場地淺部地下水以潛水分布為主,設(shè)計時建議根據(jù)其最不利組合選擇高低水位:高水位埋深建議選擇 0.5m,低水位埋深建議選擇 1.5m。(2)按 III 類場地環(huán)境類別考慮,本場區(qū)地下水、地基土對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)具有微腐蝕性影響;按長期浸水條件下考慮,地下水、地基土對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的鋼筋具有微腐蝕性影響;
32、按干濕交替條件下考慮,地下水、地基土對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的鋼筋具有微腐蝕性影響。(3)場地內(nèi)地表水主要為湖家浜、界涇港及陶上浜,零星散落小溝、小塘。勘察期間實測地表水最大水深一般在 1.31.5m 之間,其水位變化受大氣降水、蒸發(fā)及排泄影響。地表水對建筑材料的腐蝕性評價可參照地下水。4.4、本次勘察時,大孔未揭遇暗浜、暗塘等不良地質(zhì)條件。4.5、請設(shè)計部門根據(jù)擬建護岸的實際荷重、基礎(chǔ)型式等進行邊坡穩(wěn)定性驗算,同時設(shè)計應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆罌_護腳措施。4.6、當(dāng)選擇素填土作為地段加固填筑材料時,不得用含有機質(zhì)土、腐殖土、垃圾或淤泥等雜質(zhì)的填土進行填筑,填土不得混有雜草、樹根等雜質(zhì),較大尺寸的雜物應(yīng)進行碎化處理
