3、mmDN800mm,該工程完工后，能夠滿足沿線的污水排放需要。建設單位：富縣城市管理局設計單位：延安市騰勝市政建設設計有限公司（1）工程地點：富縣縣城（2）工程內容：1.新污水管道鋪設安裝。2.管道開挖及相應土建工程。3.廢棄污水管道拆除，新污水管道敷設安裝。 4.井室砌筑。5.污水截流井。6河堤拆除及恢復。（3）工期要求：60天（4）質量等級：優良2工程特點：本工程污水管網共分為三段：A段：東北起于川口橋附近，西南止于富北大橋北側350m處（鐵橋下），與現有污水檢查井銜接，總長2579m。B段：西北起于秋家溝小區，東南止于309國道與富北中路交叉口西側100米處小橋下與原檢查銜接總長840米

4、。 C段：北起于開元路橋南側80米處河道內，南止于富城大橋南側260米處，接入下游原污水管網，總長1540m,現場施工場地在河內流水湍急，材料進場難，排水管道設計埋深于地表以下該區域污泥、軟基等因素。因此施工難度較大。3主要設計工程項目及工程量（1）II級鋼筋混凝土管DN800mm鋪設安裝2579m;II級鋼筋混凝土管DN600mm鋪設安裝1540m ;II級鋼筋混凝土管DN400mm鋪設安裝858m;HDPE纏繞結構壁管DN300mm安裝173m;HDPE纏繞結構壁管DN400mm安裝8m;纏繞結構壁管DN500mm安裝120m; 纏繞結構壁管DN700mm安裝282m，（2）砌筑矩形混凝土

5、非標檢查井1100*110085座；砌筑矩形三通磚砌檢查井1650*16504座；圓形磚砌檢查井1250mm10座；截流井1000*10008座。四、地質情況1、地形、地貌管線線路較長，沿途地貌單元主要為洛河河道或河漫灘，局部地段為洛河一級階地及山坡坡腳。地形總體呈北高南低的趨勢，勘探點地貌高程介于908.44929.85m之間。2、氣象、水文富縣屬于大陸性氣候帶，陜北黃土高原暖溫帶半干旱氣候，四季冷暖干濕分明，夏短冬長。由于地形影響，東西氣溫差異大，具體氣候見下表： 氣候概況一覽表類型內容指標氣溫年平均氣溫9.3C極端最高氣溫38.7C極端最低氣溫-25.2C降雨年平均降雨量550.8mm日

6、最大降雨量140mm最大凍土深度70cm三、施工組織機構及項目經理情況該工程實行項目法施工，由項目經理部對工程質量、施工進度、施工成本及文明施工全面管理。1、機構設置及主要管理人員職責。（1）項目經理a、 實施項目經理負責制，統一領導項目施工，對工程質量、安全生產、文明施工全面負責。b、 嚴格執行有關法令、法規，遵守操作規程，全面履行合同條款，滿足業主要求。c、 優化項目經理部，選派經驗豐富、技術水平高、工作能力強的單智勇擔任該標段項目經理，健全質量管理體系，對其有效的運行負責。d、 科學組織材料供應工作，合理調配人員、機械，及時解決施工生產中存在的問題，確保施工生產按期正常進行。（2）技術負

8、川中砂，西安二級混凝土管。2、現場施工準備1）、臨時設施準備2）、工程所須電，用發電機。水用原有設施3）、施工前技術準備a施工前認真組織圖紙會審及設計交底工作，并做好相應記錄，確定施工規范、標準。b組織相關技術、施工人員到現場進行實地勘察，認真組織編制施工組織設計，并在施工前經建設單位審批。c要求建設單位提供施工現場天然氣、自來水、電力等各種管線圖紙，會同有關部門摸清沿線地下各種管線設施，并用標志表示，采取妥善保護措施。施工時各相關部門現場指導工作，準備應急預案。五、施工進度計劃 由于本工程施工工期緊，工地又處于鬧市區，人流量較大因此 擬將本工程分段依次施工，首先對河道進行該水道分流，同時在修

9、施工便道，然后依次進行開挖,拆除舊有管道安裝新管道，同時進行管道工程，施工分段進行檢查井、回填及收尾工程施工。六、進度計劃保證措施1、為保證工程如期完工交付使用，我單位在工程組織上派對污水管網工程有豐富經驗的項目部及施工班組進行施工管理及現場作業。2、施工程序上，采用分段流水網絡計劃法組織施工以充分展開工作面，提高勞動效率，施工中嚴密組織，合理調配、充分利用機具、設備。3我單位在人員、材料、設備上全面支持投入充足的勞動力及機械設備。4、各工序轉換時下道工序施工人員提前進入施工現場。對上一道工序的各種技術指標完成情況進行了解，并對施工中可能出現的問題提前采取措施。5、施工現場設置管理人員值班，及

12、方式：1、模板選擇：本工程的柱、梁、板較多，采用15夾板配模型式較靈活。考慮到工期要求較緊，擬安排一定數量的快拆體系的快拆頭。2、所有周材的進場，由項目經理部根據生產進度計劃和工程量預先提出材料需用量計劃，由主管部門根據工程主體進度需要，分別進場，這樣可提高施工現場的使用率及周材的周轉次數。3、 工程用材料投入計劃所有工程用材料均由合格供應商供應，供應材料必須進行驗證檢驗和材料試驗。到場材料必須按規定提供材質證明書，經檢驗合格的材料應按規定進行標識，不合格材料，不得放行和使用。主要工程用材在開工前作出材料需用計劃，并按進度計劃進行分解，工程施工期間按工程進度組織進場，確保工程需要。勞動力計劃表

14、槽開挖a、本工程場地在河內，河道狹窄、水流湍急，地下管線密布，管溝采用機械配合人工開挖。由于本工程施工工期緊，工地又處于鬧市區人流量較大，因此擬將本工程分段依次施工，分段堆料等，地面障礙物并進行施工現場進行維護，然后依次進行開挖管道溝槽及檢查井基礎。按照設計要求開挖段管道基礎采用弧行基礎，要求地基土為原狀土，且在施工排水中不受擾動。為此施工中要經常測量和符合平面位置、標高和邊坡是否與設計相符。b、本工程因屬于污水管網在河道內施工，其水流急、河道窄、淤泥流沙軟土等各種因素，使開挖溝槽后易造成塌方、滲水，因此做好安全支護、水泵抽水、導流管導流、河水改道分流等，保證安全施工。如與淤泥或軟土基槽，將淤

17、外和管口內的油污、雜物，并將選定的橡膠圈套入插口朝內，同時應保證平順無扭曲。b、溝槽驗收合格后，吊裝下管時設專人指揮，統一信號，管子插入前在平順無扭曲的單體膠圈表面均勻的涂刷中性潤滑劑放置在管道插口內，然后將承插口端的中心線對齊，用力將插口緩緩插入承口預定位置，管子兩側的哈夫見同時扭動，使膠圈正確就位。c、下管穩管時重點檢查控制管道的軸線位置和高程。管子軸線位置的控制采用中心線法用經緯儀直接控制。d、管子按裝后及時復核管子的高程、中心線，檢查管口之間的間隙量不得大于mm，管子接縫處的承口周圍不被漲裂，橡膠圈無脫槽，擠出、扭曲等現象，襯墊不脫落且緊管工具放松后，管子無回彈現象發生。自檢合格后報請
