2、duction of the Project1、 工程性質(zhì)和作用該工程為xx水泥廠石灰石預(yù)均化堆場,其功能是儲存和運(yùn)輸石灰石,建筑工期:土建部分計(jì)劃92天.質(zhì)量要求:土建工程范圍是按照業(yè)主提供的文件所進(jìn)行的交鑰匙模式施工,在施工的每一步都要業(yè)主的質(zhì)量認(rèn)可,達(dá)到業(yè)主的滿意。Nature of the Project and its functionThe Project is the limestone preblending stockpile of Riyadh Cement Company whose function is to store and transport limestone
3、, and the time limit for the foundation is 92 days。 Quality requirements: The Civil Works Scope is a Turnkey pattern executed as per the documentations offered by the Owner with each step to be approved by and to the satisfaction of the Owner. 2、 建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)特征該工程主要由網(wǎng)架基礎(chǔ)、堆取料機(jī)軌道基礎(chǔ)和石灰石運(yùn)輸廊道組成,網(wǎng)架基礎(chǔ)由40個鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ)組
4、成的半徑為56m的環(huán)形基礎(chǔ),基礎(chǔ)之間用基礎(chǔ)梁連接,供上部施工金屬網(wǎng)架。堆取料機(jī)軌道基礎(chǔ)是半徑為51m的環(huán)型鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ),基礎(chǔ)底寬1。2m,高1.3m,設(shè)置8道混凝土后澆帶以降低混凝土收縮應(yīng)力,基礎(chǔ)上部設(shè)計(jì)有預(yù)埋螺栓,用于堆取料機(jī)軌道的安裝.石灰石運(yùn)輸廊道為本工程施工的重點(diǎn),其主要部位是位于場內(nèi)的箱體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)料倉,外部結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸;高11m,寬8m,長40.5m,壁厚1m,底標(biāo)高11m,局部12m,因?yàn)槭堑叵鹿こ蹋┕r要考慮防水,防潮措施.Structure Characteristic of the ConstructionThe Project consists of net frame fo
5、undation, stocking and reclaiming track foundation and limestone belt conveyor. The net frame foundation is made up of 40 reinforced concrete foundations. The foundations will be connected with beams. The foundation of stocking and reclaiming track is a round one of a semidiametre 51 m. The width of
6、 foundation is 1。2 m, length 1.3 m. 8 concrete rear casting belts are installed to reduce the contraction stress of the concrete。 Preembedded anchor bolt is installed on the upper part of the foundation. The limestone conveyor is the highlight of the project, with the bin as its main part, the dimen
7、sion of which is as follows: height 11m, width 8m length 40。5m, thickness 1m, bottom elevation 11m, part 12m 。 Water proofing and moisture proofing should be taken into consideration since it is an underground project. 二、 施工目標(biāo) Objective of the Construction1、 工期目標(biāo)計(jì)劃xx年8月25日開工,xx年11月25日結(jié)束,工期92天。Time l
8、imit of the Construction The Construction begins on Aug 25, xx and will finish on Nov 25,xx with the period of 92 days。2、 質(zhì)量目標(biāo)確保優(yōu)質(zhì)工程,達(dá)到業(yè)主工程師滿意。Goals of QualityQuality is to be of superior and to the satisfaction of the Owners engineer.3、 安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)堅(jiān)持:“安全第一,預(yù)防為主的方針,保證一般事故率小于0。15%,工亡率為0,在施工期間杜絕一切重大安全事故。Ob

11、、項(xiàng)目總工程師、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)師組成,負(fù)責(zé)對工程的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、決策、指揮、協(xié)調(diào)、控制等事宜,對工程的進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量、安全和現(xiàn)場文明施工等負(fù)全部責(zé)任。Administration By virtue of the characteristic of this project, the business pattern of General Contracting is brought into effect and the Project Management Department is to be established on the Site which is made up of Project M

13、然地坪平整后0。2m,網(wǎng)架基礎(chǔ)土方挖深為1。1m,堆取料機(jī)軌道基礎(chǔ)土方挖深0.6m,采用機(jī)械破碎挖土,如遇回填土石方,需繼續(xù)挖至原土層,石灰石運(yùn)輸廊道基礎(chǔ)挖深11m,土方開挖前,先爆破,后采用反鏟分兩層開挖,邊坡坡度根據(jù)巖石性質(zhì),層理特性和挖方深度確定,一般為1:0。351:1.5,基底根據(jù)構(gòu)筑物尺寸每邊留置不少于1m的工作面,挖出的土方用自卸汽車運(yùn)至場外,并平整好場地。Outdoor natural leveling -0.2m, net frame foundation excavation depth 1.1m。 stocking and reclaiming track foundat

18、ill be added sweller whose usage will follow instructions, and with the approval of engineer.3、石灰石運(yùn)輸廊道工程施工;Limestone conveyor corridor construction31、 施工步驟;從進(jìn)料倉開始以設(shè)計(jì)的變形縫劃分,分四個施工段,進(jìn)行流水施工.Process: four parts altogether from the entrance of the materials.3-2、 模板工程施工方法;模板采用18mm厚木質(zhì)膠合板,50100(mm)松木方制作,木楞間距
19、300mm,用483.5鋼管做支架固定,參見“墻體模板施工圖”施工,通廊內(nèi)側(cè)用483.5鋼管架設(shè)滿堂腳手架,外側(cè)架設(shè)雙排腳手架,腳手架同時當(dāng)作鋼支架支撐模板,腳手架橫桿和立桿的間距均設(shè)為600mm,保證模板支撐強(qiáng)度和剛度,雙排腳手架外側(cè)與基坑壁靠緊,使其不會因混凝土側(cè)壓力產(chǎn)生橫向變形,保證混凝土墻壁的截面尺寸,模板內(nèi)可用木方支撐,待混凝土澆注到此位置時將其取出。Mould board will be 18mm thick 50x100(mm) pine wook cubes, and the distance between wooden cubes will be 300mm, and fi

22、ll mould board above ground will be fixed with bolts of14, distance 600mm, two wooden cubes of 50x100(mm) will be used with the distance of 600mm3-3、 鋼筋工程施工 Reinforced bars 、 鋼筋加工,現(xiàn)場設(shè)置一臺鋼筋切斷機(jī),一臺鋼筋彎曲機(jī),二臺電焊機(jī),一臺鋼筋調(diào)直機(jī),一處鋼筋制作棚。鋼筋質(zhì)量需經(jīng)業(yè)主工程師確認(rèn)合格后加工制做。One set of bar cutter, one set of bar bender, two sets of

And erect a shed for the work。 The quality of the bars should require the Owners approval.、 鋼筋安裝:水平設(shè)置縱向鋼筋連接采用單面搭接焊,搭接長度10倍鋼筋直徑,豎向鋼筋采用電渣壓力焊,接槎相互錯開,距離為鋼筋直徑的35d以上,底板上排鋼筋用鐵馬登架起,間距1。5m,側(cè)壁雙排鋼筋間用10拉筋固定間距。側(cè)壁豎向鋼筋長度大于6m的采取在底板處設(shè)置插筋,后焊接上部鋼筋的方式施工。插筋留設(shè)方式參見標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集,并經(jīng)業(yè)主工程師確認(rèn)后施工。R

40、安全保證措施 1、超過3m深的基坑,土石方開挖完成后,距基坑1.2m處和出入口設(shè)置一道高0.9m的護(hù)欄,施工用機(jī)具材料不準(zhǔn)存放在護(hù)欄內(nèi),非本專業(yè)施工人員不準(zhǔn)隨便進(jìn)入工作區(qū)。 A 0.9m railing is to be erected around pits which are more than 3m deep, and any tools or materials are forbidden within the railing, and only workers of the pit shall be permitted into the railing. 2、加強(qiáng)放火工作,現(xiàn)場設(shè)置滅
