5、丨The process of land reclamation by sea in the past 40 years in Shenzhen根據 2004 年深圳市政府常務會議通過的深圳市海洋功能區劃規定，2005 年至 2010 年圍海造地區包括沙井、寶安、機場、前海等填海區，用海面積 34.65 平方公里。截止到 2013 年，深圳建市以來填海造地至少達到 69 平方公里。從 2016 年至2025 年填海造陸面積共計 50 平方公里。According to the Regulations on marine functional zoning of Shenzhen adopted

6、 by the executive meeting of Shenzhen Municipal Government in 2004,the reclamation areas from 2005 to 2010 include Shajing,Baoan,airport,Qianhai and other reclamation areas,with a sea area of 34.65 square kilometers.By 2013,Shenzhen has reclaimed at least 69 square kilometers since its establishment

84、 associated plant area through the acceleration of the current accelerator to nourish the growth of salt tolerant plants,which can be used as biofuels.The desalinated seawater is finally introduced into the mangrove,and the mangrove plants thoroughly purify the water and then discharge it.At the sam

136、seum145146Shenzhen Mangrove Museum設計說明DESIGN NARRATIVES設計說明DESIGN NARRATIVES深圳紅樹林濕地博物館項目工程設計說明 一設計總說明 1.工程概況：規劃設計范圍約 12.9 公頃，其中配套景觀約 9.2 公頃，總建筑面積約 3.95 萬（其中博物館主體建筑 3 萬，配套停車場（庫）、小型生態園林展示建筑及小型商業建筑等合計約 0.95 萬）。博物館主體建筑的建設場地位于僑城東車輛段上蓋東側（含東南角的未利用地），上蓋以下的物業已經建成，博物館主體建筑的設計范圍不涉及、影響該上蓋以下空間。2.工程規模及主要技術經濟指標：二建筑

137、設計 1.方案概念紅樹林濕地博物館，它不僅僅作為一座建筑而存在，更代表深圳這座城市在歷經四十年高速發展之后，對于自然、城市與人三者之間關系的重新審視與思考。深圳經過多年的填海造陸工程之后，原來的基圍魚塘作為傳統的漁業養殖形式已經完全消失，城市建筑覆蓋了原有的自然通廊。而如今紅樹林博物館的誕生，自然的生命力將會重新從城市中萌發，它會成為連接深圳灣濱海岸線及山海連廊的重要節點，也使整個片區形成更完整的綠色生態及公共文化系統。博物館選址于地鐵車輛段的上蓋。在這樣一個典型的大尺度人造工程之上，如何還原自然生態的意向與體驗，如何創造一處全天候的公共空間，是設計面臨的首要挑戰。紅樹林給予了我們最直接的設計

138、靈感，采取一種漂浮而非覆蓋的方式成為我們實現上述目標的選擇。2.功能空間我們將基地內 1.5m 厚的覆土進行荷載等代，將經過過濾泥沙后的紅樹林海水與水質凈化廠的再生水進行混合后引入場地，再將紅樹與濕地景觀系統同時引入，從而創造一個可以自由進入的開放濕地，再現自然的同時形成獨特的體驗性場所。淺淺的水面和圓形的小島形成了公共空間的基底，水面可以如同潮汐的海面一般呈現不同的高度變化，結合豐富植被和景觀元素創造出多樣化的場所。不同的島嶼之上組織不同的建筑功能：涵蓋教育、培訓、餐飲、會議交流以及服務配套等等，不同主題特色的小島之間有環形的棧道相連，漫游期間也成為一種別樣的體驗。這種底層全部開放成為公園的

139、設計形成了屬于市民的全天候的公共空間，同時建立起城市與自然的積極連接。采用原車輛段柱網條件，形成兩種尺寸的柱網空間，粗細不一的柱子如同紅樹林的枝干一般，塑造出多種尺度的室外空間感受。博物館二層“漂浮“形成連綿的“樹冠“形態，并通過對邊界進行切割，使之呈現對城市與自然的退讓姿態。而連續的二層體量也為底部的公共空間提供了更高的舒適性，是對亞熱帶季風氣候和環境友好策略的積極回應。二層共分布著九個展廳，每個展廳均可自由塑造紅樹林展陳主題。主要的室內公共空間均面向紅樹林與深圳灣設置。具有最佳的景觀視野。無論在首層還是二層，人們都可以通過坡道到達屋面，在海天一色之間遠眺紅樹林濕地。屋頂采用了曲面復合鋼框架

140、，保持了連續起伏的形態，同時營造出輕盈而多孔的可“呼吸”的效果。屋頂分為上人與不上人區域，不上人區域設計了便于鳥類停留的裝置，構成人類與鳥類和諧“共棲”的場所。在三角地區域，我們設計了一處在各個標高均可到達的室內瞭望空間，在“看“與”被看”之間，詮釋著功能性和標志性的統一。3.流線設計博物館入口始于東南部三角地塊，接納來自多方向的人流，通過公共交通到達的人流抵達入口廣場后，可通過室內垂直交通或臺階坡道抬升至平臺上的景觀廣場進入博物館。停車場與植物園相結合，通過空中環道將游客引入基地，塑造綠色生態的到達體驗。貨運流線沿用地塊原坡道位置，隱匿于北側，貨車、內部后勤車輛和消防車環道與島嶼景觀有機結合

141、 4.建筑節能呈現樹形的空間形態，地面層是一個架空 9 米的的灰空間，蔭蔽涼爽，能適應南方的濕熱氣候。公共部分采用玻璃幕墻形式，可獲得很好的自然光線。屋頂為多孔的構造，形成會呼吸的第五立面。三結構專業 1.結構體系該建筑結構體系組成有三部分：基座為混凝土框架，清除原有覆土后上蓋鋼結構、柱位對齊，不加固原基座混凝土結構。二層為平面鋼框架，二層樓面：800mm 高鋼梁+120mm 厚混凝土組合樓蓋，D400 鋼管柱與工字鋼梁組成鋼框架。屋面為曲面鋼框架，屋面區分上人與不傷人區域，屋面上人區域梁高變化為 800mm，輕質屋面區域梁高 400，區格內次梁體系。由這三部分形成整體。2.結構復核通過屋面位

145、風系統設計的設置起到完善建筑使用功能的作用，力求不影響建筑室內、外的設計風格。2）根據本項目建筑內的使用功能的特點，設置不同的暖通空調系統，使系統使用靈活、運行管理方便。3）充分考慮能源的合理利用，技術經濟的合理性，在保證使用功能的情況下，最大限度的減少運行費用，提高經濟效益，實現可持續發展的要求。4）滿足甲方對本項目的相關要求，并遵守國家相應的設計規范、規定等。5）消防部分嚴格遵守按照國家規范規定及當地消防部門的管理條例。3.2 空調估算負荷 本項目空調面積約為 9550m2，空調負荷約為 2387Kw（679RT）。3.3 空調冷源 本項目冷源根據房間使用功能及布局劃分，并結合管理使用情況

146、，采用模塊式風冷冷水機組 350RTx2 臺，機組置于 3 層屋面。冷凍水供回水溫度為 7/12。3.4 空調水系統 1）采用一次泵系統。配置 3 臺冷水泵（兩用一備），系統流量隨冷水機組的運行臺數調節。2）水系統采用兩管制。并根據不同區域水系統作用半徑及阻力損失情況，設置同程式或異程式系統，以平衡各系統之間的壓力，使系統運行穩定合理。3.5 空調風系統 1）公共大空間房間如門廳、多功能廳、展廳等采用全空氣系統，使對應空間的溫度、濕度等參數得到統一控制，同時有利于過渡季節全新風節能運行。2）辦公室、貴賓廳、會議室等小型房間，采用風機盤管+新風系統。以使各空間溫度能夠獨立控制并節省能源。4.通風

147、系統設計4.1 各層衛生間、茶水間按換氣次數的要求設機械通風系統。4.2 文印室、庫房等設置機械通風系統。5.防排煙系統設計5.1 所有無可開外窗的疏散樓梯、消防前室及合用前室等，均設置機械加壓送風。5.2 除利用開窗進行自然排煙的房間外，下列場所均設置機械排煙系統：1)面積超過 100m2，且經常有人停留或可燃物較多的地上無窗房間或設固定窗的房間。2)無直接自然通風，且長度超過 20m 的內走道或雖有直接自然通風，但長度超過 60m 的內走道。5.3 消防控制原則 1）當某層發生火災時，該層煙（溫）感器向消防控制系統輸出報警信號，不需確認，由該中心自動或手動開啟相應的排煙口、送風口或加壓送風

177、等標 準的有關規定。4.動力系統4.1 在變壓器房內安裝兩組 10kV 環網柜，饋電單元分別用 10kV 高壓電纜接至每一臺變壓器。高壓系統以放射式向各臺變壓 器供電。4.2 變壓器低壓側采用單母線分段結線型式，兩臺變壓器平時分列運行，當一臺變壓器發生故障時，應切除部份二三級負荷，由另一臺負擔全部一級及部份二級負荷供電，以保證重要負荷供電，故障排除后恢復常態。應急母線段由低壓母線和應急發電電源 自動切換供電，切換裝置設電氣及機械聯鎖。正常供電進線開關與低壓配電柜聯絡開關設電氣及機械聯鎖，任何情況下只能接通其 中的一個開關。切除非重要負荷及母聯切換采用手動操作。4.3 本工程建議采用三相環氧樹脂

178、絶緣 Dyn11 接線方式的干式變壓器，變壓器防護外殼為不低于 IP20。4.4 從 10/0.4kV 變壓器低壓側，采用密集型密封式母線槽引低壓電源至低壓配電屏。所有配電屏將采用組合抽屜式低壓配電屏，每一組低壓配電屏都設有自動電容補償裝置，以保證低壓側功率因數在 0.9 或以上。4.5 本工程內之低壓配電系統為 TN-S 380/220V，從主配電屏采用密集型密封式母線排或電纜經電纜橋架或托盤架布線至各分 配電房及機電房，消防負荷例如消防電梯，消防水泵等，采用雙回路供電，末端切換，其中一路電源取自應急母線段。供電方式為 樹干與放射式相結合。4.6 線路及敷設方式 消防設備供電干線及分支干線，

179、全部采用礦物絕緣電纜，分支末端線路采用耐火電纜。非消防負荷，采用阻燃電纜，這些電纜 4.7 在發電機房內設置一個儲油間，儲備不超過 1 m燃油，足夠發電機組全載下運行 38 小時之用。發電機煙囪經過煙處理 后于環評報告建議位置排放。4.8 本工程設置漏電火災報警系統，在所有的二級配電箱進線處設剩余電流監測，當剩余電流大于設定值時（300mA，具體數 值可以調整），發出報警信號同時向主機報警（主機設于消防控制室），報警主機顯示報警位置。5.防雷接地系統5.1 本工程按二級防雷建筑進行設計。接閃帶應裝設在建筑物易受雷擊的屋角、屋脊、女兒墻及屋檐等部位，并應在整個屋面 上裝設不大于 10ml0m 或

181、0X10 鋼板，柱中引下線可利用預埋鋼板和人工接地體相連。人工垂直接地體頂端距地 0.8 米，間距不小于 5 米。水平連接線連接在垂直接地體頂端。5.6 建筑物內高壓系統、低壓系統、計算機系統、電話系統及弱電系統采用聯合接地系統，接地電阻不大于 1 歐姆。5.7 其他防雷措施：防直擊雷措施、防感應雷措施、防雷電波侵入措施、防雷電電磁脈沖措施。6.火災自動報警及消防聯動系統 6.1 設計依據 根據方案設計文件、建設單位提供的建筑場地周圍市政地下管線數據、建筑師提供的設計圖紙、其它相關專業提供的數據、和 IEC62599 等相關規范和標準而進行設計。6.2 消防電源和配電(1)本項目消防電源負荷等

182、級為 一 級，消防控制室、消防水泵、消防電梯、防排煙風機等消防設備用電由兩個電源供電，且在最末端一級配電箱自動切換。(2)備用消防電源采用柴油發電機，供電時間和容量應滿足本項目火災延續時間內各消防用電設備的要求。(3)消防設備的供電配電箱獨立設置，消防用電設備采用專用的供電回路，其配電設備設明顯標志。(4)消防配電線路按滿足火災時連續供電的需要進行敷設。消防配電線路與其他配電線路分別布置在同一電纜井、溝內的兩 側，且消防配電線路采用礦物絕緣類不燃電纜電纜，控制電纜采用低煙無鹵阻燃耐火電纜（電線）。(5)系統雷電防護等級按 B 級進行設計。在線路穿越不同防雷保護區處裝設電涌保護器。6.3 火災自

183、動報警和消防聯動系統(1)系統形式暫定為集中報警系統，消防控制室與值班室共用，設于二層。消防控制室內設火災報警控制器、消防聯動控制 器、消防控制室圖形顯示裝置、消防專用電話總機、消防應急廣播控制裝置、消防電源監控器等設備或具有相應功能的組合設備。消防控制室應能接受火災報警、發出火災信號和安全疏散指令，聯動消防水泵、滅火裝置、非消防電源斷電、防火卷簾、防排煙裝 置、電梯等設施。并顯示、記錄各種報警及聯動狀態。消防泵、防排煙風機除自動控制外，尚可在綜合手動控制臺上手動控制（通 過硬線控制電纜）。(2)按火災自動報警規范在不同場所設置感煙、感溫探測器或它們的組合;高度超過 12m 的中庭設置紅外對射

184、感煙探測器和水炮滅火控制系統。(3)在散發可燃氣體的場所設可燃氣體探測器。當天然氣泄漏濃度達到爆炸下限 1/4 時，報警器報警，持續報警 1 分鐘后，緊急切斷閥自動關閉氣源。緊急切斷閥采用自動關閉、現場人工開啟方式。緊急切斷閥應有兩路控制，一路由燃氣報警器控制，另 一路由排風機控制。同時，緊急切斷閥與火災自動報警系統聯動，火警時自動切斷燃氣供應。在外電源發生故障時，緊急切斷閥的控制系統應有可靠電源供電。(4)燃氣管道井每隔二三層應用不燃材料樓板作防火分隔，并在管道周圍留有適當的空隙，每 45 層設一可燃氣體探測器，上下兩只報警探測器的高度不應超過 20 米；每層設防火門，底層防火門、進風百頁窗

185、處應設防火閥，防火閥為 24V，DC 控制，當 有火警時由消防控制中心聯動控制防火閥的關閉。燃氣體報警系統由燃氣公司負責完成設計，不在本次設計范圍之內。(5)在變配電房、智能化機房設置氣體滅火控制系統。(6)每個報警二總線回路冗余率按不低于 15進行系統設計。(7)每臺控制器直接控制的火災探測器、手動報警按鈕和模塊等設備按不跨越避難層進行設計。(8)系統通過通訊接口向上集成到智能化系統，智能化系統對消防系統僅監視，不控制；同時系統預留與城市消防聯網接口 的物理通道，適應將來發展需要。7.智能化系統本工程須結合昂船洲營區智能化系統整體規劃與新建工程的平面布局和立面造型進行智能化系統設計。不但要營
